  • What is included in a standard short-term rental turnover cleaning?

    Our turnover cleans include: Stripping and washing bedding & towels, resetting beds and staging each room, cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms & kitchens, Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, Wiping surfaces, counters & mirrors, empty trash bins, restock essentials provided by the Host.

  • Do you provide linens and supplies?

    Hosts must provide their own linens and restocking items. We will wash, dry, fold and reset your linens after each stay.

  • How do you handle laundry during turnover?

    We wash bedding and towels on-site during the turn over. Laundry facility must be available on site.

  • Will you notify me if a guest damages something?

    Absolutely. We will report any damaged or excessive cleaning needs, broken appliances or concerns to the Host.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently service the Hot Springs & Central Arkansas area.

  • What is included in a move-out cleaning?

    Our move out cleaning is a top-to-bottom clean designed to meet landlord, buyer or property management expectations. Includes: kitchen and appliances, bathroooms, baseboards and moldings, cabinets and drawers, light fixtures and ceiling fans, interior window and floor cleaning.

  • Does a move-out clean include carpet cleaning?

    No. We do not provide professional/steam cleaning for carpets. Only vacuum.

  • How long does a move-out cleaning take?

    Most move-out cleanings take 4-8 hours, depending on size, condition and level of detail needed.

  • How do I book a cleaning?

    You can request a quote directly from our website by filling out our contact form. We will request current photos for a virtual walk through or we can schedule an in-person visit to provide you with an accurate estimate.

  • How far in advance should I schedule cleaning?

    For short-term rentals, we recommend sending your booking schedule in advance or add us as a co-host for your calendar. Move-out cleanings should be booked at least a week in advance.

  • Do you offer a guarantee?

    Yes, if you notice something missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return at no charge.
